Taurus: Designed and built a data center takeoff workspace connecting MEP drawings, quantities, and 3D reconstruction, with linked 2D/3D selection and human review of source evidence.

ArchPDF: Designed and built a construction drawing workspace for PDF review, dimensioning, markup, revisions, collaborative review, and simple takeoff.

Alpha X RE Capital

Project Manager (Construction) · Dec 2025 - Present

Independently defined, designed, developed, and rolled out AlphaBid, the company’s AI-enabled construction operations platform, alongside my construction project-management responsibilities.

Manage drawing review, RFIs, takeoffs, subcontractor bidding, and field support for Bay Area residential projects; coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors to define trade scopes.

Developed Revit models and construction documents for 10+ ADU and residential projects, connecting design documentation to prefab takeoffs and material planning.
